A NEW GEOTHERMOMETER-THE RATIO OF 1550cm-1/1600cm-1 IR ON KEROGENS AND ITS APPLICATION

摘要: 根据干酪根的热演化及热模拟实验,干酪根的红外光谱1550cm-1/1600cm-1比值可作为地质温度计,比值的变化主要受控于温度。该温度计足以揭示高于100℃的地温,尤其是热液的影响。Abstract: Based on the experiments of natural kerogen pyrolysis and pyrolytic simulations,it is proposed that the ratio of 1550cm-1/1600cm-1 1R measured on Kerogens can be taken as a geothermometer. In kinetic analysis, it is suggested that the variation of the ratio is mainly dominated by geotemperature. Therefore, this geothemometer is well enough to reveal the influence of geotemperature above 100℃, especially the hydrothermal influence.
