RESOURCES ASSESSMENT OF NATURAL GAS IN FORMATIONS (P-T2) OF NORTHEAST SICHUAN REGION, THE SICHUAN BASIN

摘要: 川东北地区是中国天然气重点探区之一,其中P-T2成藏地质条件优越,在垂向上形成了P1、P2和T1-2三套含气组合。根据天然气资源评价专家系统和勘探层法分别进行含气性评价和资源量预测,其资源量大、勘探前景广阔。勘探有利地区是达县-宣汉-开江地区和九龙山-通南巴地区、旺苍地区。Abstract: The northeast Sichuan region is one of major exploration targets. P-T2 are superior in the geologic conditions of pool formation, which vertically form into three gas-bearing combination, i. e. P1,P2 and T1-2. The estimation of gas-bearing property and prediction of resources extent were made with the basis of expert systems and exploratory stratigraphy method (GOGS) of natural gas, which arrived at a conclusion that the area has a large quantity of gas resources and a promising exploration prospect. The authors proposed that Daxian-Xuanhan-Kaijiang, Jiu Longshan-Kaijiang and Wangcang are favourable areas for gas exploration.
