Corrosion mechanism and improvement of regenerative gas cooler in light hydrocarbon recovery

摘要: 再生气空冷器在轻烃回收装置中主要用作冷却分子筛干燥塔再生气。但再生气内含水蒸气、硫化氢和二氧化碳等物质,造成对再生气空冷器管束的腐蚀。文中介绍了该设备的腐蚀情况,着重分析了腐蚀机理,提出可行的防护措施,减少腐蚀,提高了再生气空冷器的使用寿命。Abstract: Regenerative gas cooler is used to cool regenerative gas which has been dehydrated with mole-cular sieve in light hydrocarbon recovery.The dehydrated regenerative gas contains water vapor,HASand CO2,which may cause corrosion in tubes of regenerative gas cooler.In this paper,corrosion,espe-cially corrosion mechanism is discussed.Some practical corrosion prevention measures are proposed,which may reduce corrosion and extend the service life of regenerative has cooler.
