DETRITAL MODES OF SANDSTONE, CHEMICAL COMPOSITIONS OF MUDSTONE AND STRATIGRAPHIC DIVISION OF THE PRE-TERTIARY SYSTEM IN THE HUANGHUA DEPRESSION

摘要: 黄骅拗陷前第三系砂岩骨架矿物成分,泥岩化学成分的分析测试结果说明,砂岩类圆及泥岩微量元素、常量组份因地层时代不同而存在显着差异,统计量聚类分析表现为同一时代样品相聚成群,不同时代样品则相关性很差。在表征本区中生代、晚古生代地层岩石矿物学、化学特征的同时,利用这一规律对本区地层划分,特别是对缺少化石及其它标志的不同时代红层迭置剖面的划分,可以获得独特的效果。Abstract: Based on the analysis of detrital modes of sandstone and chemical compositions of mudstone in Pre-Tertiary system in Huanghua Depression,it is suggested that there are some important differences in the types of sandstone or in the trace elements and chemical compositions of mudstones because of different geological time.The cluster analysis indicates that the samples in same sequence are clustered into one group while the samples in different sequences show poor interrelation.In this paper,the characteristics of detrital modes and chemical compositions of sandstone and mudstones of the Upper Paleozoic and Mesozoic are presented.In the same time,the strata in this area can be divided into several sequences,especially for the overlain red beds occurred during the different geological time.This method can contribute the unique effect in stratigraphic division.
