Characteristics of Xinchang Movement in Sichuan Basin and its geological significance

  • 摘要: 中三叠世末的新场运动是四川盆地印支运动的主幕,具变革运动性质。新场运动结束了四川盆地海相克拉通盆地的发育历史,开启了中新生代陆相盆地的发展阶段。新场运动形成了四川盆地最大的新场近东西向的巨型长垣,并奠定了川西中段中新生代“一隆两坳”的构造格局。新场运动导致四川盆地全面隆升,造成中三叠统大幅度剥蚀,由于早期的表生岩溶叠加晚期的深埋溶蚀作用,为中三叠统顶部优质储层的发育提供了有利条件,该套储层成藏条件优越,是四川盆地亟待开拓的潜在领域。
