Hanging pump used in gas injection wells in the Tahe Oil Field

摘要: 通过对塔河油田TK7-633CH2井、TK672井、TK644井、TH12147井等的挂抽实践,探索了3种注气井挂抽工艺,即:上下活动光杆、泡酸疏松结垢物和油管打压法。对于结垢后未能顺利下放柱塞的油井,初期采用上下多次活动杆柱,利用柱塞与泵筒所产生的摩擦力可将结垢物去掉。对堵塞物的研究认为,注气过程中携带的氧气,是导致井筒内管柱发生腐蚀、结垢的主要因素;垢物溶解率很低,但通过酸洗可使垢物变疏松,在外力的作用下,结垢物可很快脱落。由于泡酸对杆柱、泵和油管存在腐蚀作用,需尽量避免泡酸。现场研究发现,可在遇阻处进行油管打压,利用压力使柱塞进入泵筒。研究认为,首轮注气挂抽难度大,次轮及后期注气挂抽相对较易;旧管柱挂抽成功率低;二次泡酸成功率低;大泵挂抽成功率高,尤其是首轮挂抽优势明显。Abstract: Hanging pumps have been applied in wells TK7-633CH2, TK672, TK644 and TH12147 in the Tahe Oil Field. Generally there are three ways:(1) using active rods which can move up and down; (2) using acid fluid to remove blockage; and (3) adding pressure in oil tubes. Active rods which can move up and down can remove the blockage between plunger and pump barrel, and help plunger into pump barrel. Oxygen causes the corrosion and blockage of pipe string during gas injection. Acid fluid is used to wash and remove blockage. Soak cleaning with acid fluid will destroy rod, pump and pipe, hence should be avoided. We can add pressure to help plunger into pump barrel when it is blocked. The first round of hanging pump is usually difficult while the second and third rounds are easier. Old pipes often fail in hanging pump production. The second round of acid fluid washing shows a low success rate. Pumps with higher power are recommended.
