Relationship among oil and gas resources, reserves and production in China and suggestions for the development direction of national oil and gas resource assessment

  • 摘要: 为了加深对资源量、储量、产量三者的内涵和实质关联的正确理解,从理论逻辑和实际转化两个角度对三者的关系作了深入的剖析和阐述,并结合应用现状分析,提出了资源评价方面发展方向建议。资源量、储量、产量是不同认识程度下的油气矿产资源的数量表征参数,我国的储量与资源量呈并列关系,与产量呈包含关系,资源量与储量均为地质含义。资源量向储量转化受国家空间规划、矿业权设置、理论技术经济条件等因素的影响;储量向产量转化受储量升级转化、是否转采、采收率等因素的影响。我国在资源量评估与发布的侧重方向,以及资源量、储量、产量量化预测关系等方面研究尚不足,这也是形成“我国资源潜力丰富,但增储上产难度大”资源现状认知困惑的重要原因。资源评价内容及结果应用分析的丰富和发展,有助于形成对油气资源现状的全面深入的认识。应从对评价结果进行可动性分级、加强(待发现)可采资源量评价、强化成果应用分析等方面进一步探索发展。
